Phil leads our missions trips to other nations. He loves motorcycles and taking his Harley chick out for a ride. Fall and Spring are his favorite seasons – they have the best riding weather.	Mary Hope likes to hike in the mountains with her husband on her days off or read a book on the back patio overlooking her fabulous back yard.	Colleen’s favorite food is cookies, her favorite dessert is cookies, and her favorite rainy day pastime is baking cookies! She’s been married to the “hot worship pastor” for 19 years and has 3 children.
Jaris loves music and baseball – and the food network. He hates shopping and mice. He is secretly a spy and enjoys spending time with his family.	Louise was the first employee – ever – at BCA. Her favorite color is black, she loves all the best fashion designers, and rumor has it there are five pairs of shoes under her desk!	Dayna’s passion for worship is expressed through her music. She is definitely a summer person who doesn’t like being cold. But she does like peanut butter and her recently acquired husband, David.
When David’s not at BCA, he can be found spending time with his beautiful wife or hanging out with the young people of the church. He has a wife, two vicious attack dogs (just kidding), and that’s enough for now!	Jordan is probably the most organized person on earth. Her life philosophy is “Remember to play, have fun, and keep things simple! It’s not easy, but it sure is fun to try!”	Jay treasures his family and spending time with them. He and Libby have three kiddos – a reader, a comedian, and a cuddle bug. He thinks naps are underrated – would love to get more in.
Darlene has been a waitress since she was 15 – until we rescued her and took her away from all that. She is passionate about knowing God more and hopes to go on a missions trip someday.	Jim’s true passion is following Jesus. He and Darlene have been married for 23 years. He loves being on the pit crew for his son’s racecar and sometimes he gets to race it!	Shirley enjoys everyday life to the fullest measure possible. She likes clothes, jewelry, and shoes. And shopping for them! She loves to read, shoot pool, and catch a movie now and then
Roberta enjoys being outdoors – from gardening and landscaping to mountain biking and picnicking. The newest member of her family is a playful rottweiler puppy, who will soon be as big as Roberta.	Gail likes summer because it is hot! And she likes Dots, the candy, just a little too much. She doesn’t like anything that creeps, crawls or slithers, especially if it is inside where she is!	Addie’s true passion is ministering to hurting women at prisons and halfway homes. Her favorite practical joke is to sneak up and scare Jim and Darlene while they are vacuuming!
Pastor John loves woodworking and maintaining the house and he can fix anything. He’s crazy about his three grandchildren, and his all-time favorite thing to do is hang out with Becky!	Hannah’s true desire is to be a good wife, mother, and whatever else God has in store for her. She and Jay have two adorable kids and they all love to hang out together.
